About Paddox GmbH

Paddox GmbH was founded in 2019 to extend the lifespan of e-commerce software for which the manufacturer no longer provides support. With Mage One for Magento 1 and safefive for Shopware 5, we offer long-term support through security updates to patch vulnerabilities and compatibility patches to ensure the systems can continue to be used with the latest technologies such as PHP and MySQL. Furthermore, we actively search for security vulnerabilities, test attack scenarios and reward the discovery of vulnerabilities through a bug bounty programme. Shop operators are kept continuously informed about potential security vulnerabilities and attack risks. They also receive guidance on legally relevant requirements such as the GDPR or the PCI-DSS standard. This ensures that shops can continue to operate securely, in compliance with regulations and protected against cyber-attacks, even after the official end-of-life date.
